David Knight and Edward Huzzey admitted to 19 offences under the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 of non-declaration of finds raised from historic wrecks off British shores.
Raised finds must be reported to the Receiver of Wrecks but they failed
to do so regarding a series of recoveries off the Kent coast. Some of
their work was heavy-duty, involving explosives, cutting equipment and
high-capacity lifting gear.
