We wish to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the products that you have ordered. If you have any concerns please contact us immediately so that we can rectify any problems that you may have. Most problems are easily fixed with good communications!
You can return most items sold by Dive New Zealand / Dive Pacific within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return postage cost if the return is a result of our error.
Items to be returned such as magazines and books must be returned in their original condition; unopened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes. Clothing and any other merchandise in new condition.
Damaged or incorrect goods:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please advise us immediately so that we can rectify the problem.
Please advise the number of items you are returning and the reason for the return, and if you require a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect item or missing an item:
Please notify us within seven day of receiving incorrect items or items missing within the order. Dive New Zealand / Dive Pacific will pay the postage for the incorrect good to be returned and will send the correct item free of any postage chargers.
Items not received:
To receive a refund or to have an item resent because you have not received your order you must notify Dive New Zealand / Dive Pacific within 60days of placing an order. The exception is if a product has been delayed due to supply problems. You will be notified if there is a problem with supply when you first place your order.
