Blake leaps into new role

Sir Peter Blake is the first New Zealander to be made a special envoy to the United Nations Environment Programme, and he is wasting no time in living up to the role. Sir Peter spoke up for a clean world and for its life in the oceans, against threats including pollution, overfishing, deforestation and global warming. As special envoy, he will raise awareness of environmental problems worldwide.
